This test is not covered by Alberta Health & Wellness. The patient’s employer must have arrangements in place to be invoiced by CLS for the testing, or the patient must pay for testing at time of collection. Current price for the test is $24.00. Employers who need to make billing arrangements should be referred to Finance (Accounts Receivable) at CLS 770-3239. |
