1 x 5 mL dark green top heparin tube, NOT PST

Require minimum four hour fast.

 

 
Specimen Handling

PSC: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and transport on ice to DSC.
RRL: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and transport on ice to ACH.
Extra-regional: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and freeze prior to transport to DSC.
