Specimen Requirements	2 x 5 mL lavender top EDTA tubes Collection ONLY at TBCC and PLC sites, Monday to Thursday before 1330h (holidays excluded).
Specimen Handling	DO NOT centrifuge. Place on ice immediately after collection. Specimens must be received at DSC within 2 hrs of collection and before 1530h.
Additional Information	Specimens must be accompanied by a completed CLS Molecular Hematology requisition (MH4500).
