Specimen Requirements	2 x 5 mL red top tube, NOT SST Serum separator (gel) vacutainers must be avoided as the drugs may adhere to the gel. 2.0 mL serum Collect </= 1 hour prior to next dose or more than 12 hours after last dose.
Specimen Handling	Send specimens to DSC Analytical Toxicology who will forward the samples to Referrals.
Additional Information	Includes analysis Desmethylclomipramine. Record time of last dose on requisition.
