- Test performed in Analytical/Toxicology at DSC on a GCMS (Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry)
- GCMS prints out a graph with peaks; each peak represents a specific drug
- Tests for 200+ analytes (see Clinical Toxicology Testing for list)
- Some substances may interfere with Triage and Integra analysis; GCMS is used to confirm Triage and Integra readings
- GCMS is also used if a specifiic drug(s) needs to be detected/reported or if a cannabinoid level (actual number or quantitation) is required.
