>1 yr old: 1.0 mL plasma
<1 yr old: 0.5 mL plasma 

PSC: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and transport on ice to DSC.
RRL: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and transport on ice to ACH.
Extra-regional: Centrifuge, remove plasma, and freeze prior to transport to DSC.
