Adult: 1 x 10 mL yellow top ACD soln "A" tube, plus EDTA tube(5 mL lavender) for CBC Pediatric: 1 x 3 mL blue top sodium citrate plus pediatric specimen for CBC (3 mL lavender or EDTA microtainer)

CBC MUST be performed. Submit EDTA/microtainer tube to Hematology.
DO NOT centrifuge or freeze specimen. Deliver IMMEDIATELY to FMC Flow Cytometry.
