Specimen Requirements	Adult: 1 x 5 mL lavender top EDTA tube Pediatric: 1 x 3 mL lavender top EDTA tube Whole blood Monday to Thursday morning collections.
Specimen Handling	Send to DSC, must arrive by 1200 hrs (noon).
Additional Information	Send specimen in a separate bag with a photocopy of the requisition. CLS Referrals: Send specimens on ice by overnight courier. Specimens must be received within 24 hrs of collection at McMaster University.
