Must be received at DSC by 1230h Monday to Friday and 1100h Saturday, Sunday and holidays for same day analysis. If not received before designated time, sample will be processed the next day. |

If Tacrolimus, Cyclosporin, and Sirolimus are ordered in any combination, they may be collected in one tube.
