Autologous Transfusion Services

Patients undergoing elective surgical procedures may choose to pre-deposit autologous blood. Requests for autologous donation must be made several weeks prior to the scheduled OR date.

Physicians may call the Perioperative Blood Conservation Program Nurse Co-ordinator at 944-4710 for information regarding perioperative autologous blood donation.
