PSC Patient Appointment Service

Calgary Laboratory Services offers an appointment line service for all patients at several Patient Service Centres (PSCs), for convenience over service by walk-in. Patients are seen in a timelier manner than waiting in the walk-in queue.

Several PSCs offer this service and we are planning to expand to additional sites as additional resourcing for the central call line can be added.

The following Patient Service Centres offer appointments for all laboratory procedures:

• 8th and 8th
• Airdrie
• Glenbrook
• Glenmore Landing
• Gulf Canada Square
• Market Mall
• Marlborough
• Riverbend
• Southcentre
• Sunridge

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Ensure you arrive a few minutes early – late arrivals for appointments cannot be accommodated
• Present to the reception desk upon arrival – do not take a number from the walk-in queue number dispenser 
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the Appointment line at (403) 777-5136 at least 24 hrs. in advance of your scheduled time to cancel
