PSC Laboratory Patient Appointment Service

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best service possible, Appointments are being offered at all Calgary Laboratory Services Patient Service Centers (PSC).

Patients can schedule or cancel their own laboratory appointments at any time from the convenience of any computer with an Internet connection.  The system confirms your appointment through email.  Click here to book online.


PATIENT APPOINTMENT LINE

Calgary Laboratory Services offers an appointment line service for all patients at all Patient Service Centres (PSC's), for convenience over service by walk-in.  Patients are seen in a timelier manner than waiting in the walk-in queue.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Ensure you arrive a few minutes early – late arrivals for appointments cannot be accommodated.
  • Have a seat in the waiting room.  Patients will be called up to the front desk for check-in prior to appointment time.  Do not take a number from the walk-in queue number dispenser. 
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the Appointment line at (403) 777-5136 at least 24 hrs. in advance of your scheduled time to cancel.
