Autopsy and Fetal Losses

CLS offers autopsy services to families in the Calgary Health Region and extra-regionally when the cases do not involve the Medical Examiners office. An autopsy may be requested by the authorized representative through the physician.

Autopsy - Adult

Autopsy - Pediatric

Fetal Losses:

Autopsy - Fetal (Still Birth or Live Birth) 20 weeks or more gestation at delivery 
Fetus/Fetal Tissue - Less Than 20 Weeks Gestation at time of delivery
