This is a user pay test not covered by Alberta Health & Wellness. The patient’s employer must have arrangements in place to be invoiced by CLS for the testing, or the patient must pay $31.00 at time of collection. Employers who need to make billing arrangements should be referred to Finance (Accounts Receivable) at CLS 403-770-3239.
