Centrifuge, transfer plasma to aliquot tube, write "Heparin" on the aliquot tube, and transport on ice to DSC.

RRL:
Centrifuge, transfer plasma to aliquot tube, write "Heparin" on the aliquot tube, and transport on ice to ACH.

Extra-regional: Centrifuge, transfer plasma to aliquot tube, write "Heparin" on the aliquot tube, and freeze prior to transport to DSC.
