Do not collect in same tube with any other test.
Specimen Handling Do not centrifuge.  Transport on ice or cold packs, and do not freeze.  Must reach Provincial Lab within 48 hours of collection.
Additional Information Submit completed history form and indicate if transplant or non-transplant patient.
