Additional Information

Urine is the required specimen for comprehensive drug screens as drug metabolites are excreted in urine and can be measured easily. Refer to Clinical Toxicology testing section C for a complete list of drugs which can be identified.

Results are reported within 1-5 business days.

If the physician wishes to add FDSU to a previously collected urine, the physician is required to fax the Drug Screen Comprehensive Drug Analysis Medical History Form PX4162 to CLS Analytical Toxicology at 403-770-3748 AFTER telephoning LIC to add the test.
