| Specimen Requirements | Minimum 45 mL random urine collection Specimen can ONLY be collected at one of five Calgary Laboratory Services Community Collection Sites equipped to do Chain of Custody drug screen collections. These locations are Marlborough, Gulf, Airdrie, and the Sheldon M. Chumir Health Centre and South Calgary Health Centre PSC. Addresses and hours of operation are indicated on back of our requisition or contact LIC 403-770-3600. Chain of Custody drug screens require special sample collection, analysis, reporting, and billing; an appointment must be booked prior to collection.
