Specimen Requirements 1 x 3 mL lavender top EDTA tube, whole blood

Pediatric: 1 mL EDTA blood

Do not collect in same tube with any other test.
Specimen Handling Do not centrifuge.  Transport on ice, and DO NOT freeze; must be received within 48 hours of collection.
Additional Information Submit completed history form and indicate if transplant or non-transplant patient.
