1 x 3.5 mL gold top SST tube and 1 x 3 mL or 4.5 mL light green (mint) top PST tube for ALT

0.5 mL serum for each determination or 1.0 mL if ordered as a screen.

Minimum Whole Blood Volumes for Micro-Collections using Microtainers

Specimen Handling If patient is known to be HBsAg positive all specimens collected on the patient MUST be transported under TDG regulations.
