2 x 3.5 mL gold top SST tubes.

Minimum collection volume: 5 mL

Specimen Handling PSC, RRL Extra-regional: 
Centrifuge, pour off serum, and transport on ice to DSC. Do not freeze.

DSC:
Refrigerate specimens upon receipt in lab. Do not freeze.
Additional Information Test performed on potential cardiac transplant patients.  Please state on requisition: "cardiac transplant patient".
