Adults: 1 x 4 mL lavender top EDTA tube 

Pediatric: 1 x 0.5 mL EDTA microtainer tube

DO NOT collect specimens after 12:00 on Fridays, on weekends, or statutory holidays.

Specimen Handling

DO NOT centrifuge or freeze specimen.
