Specimen Requirements 2 x 3 mL light green (mint) top PST tubes. Gold top SST tubes are also acceptable.
Specimen Handling Deliver specimens to CLS Analytical Toxicology who will redirect to U of A as required.

DSC:
If specimen received outside of Analytical Toxicology hours, store in refrigerator.
Additional Information Specimen should be drawn no sooner than 24 hours after discontinuation of thiopental. Subsequent specimens should be drawn at least 24 hours apart.
