Blood specimens must be collected before 13:30 Monday to Thursday (holidays excluded).

Bone Marrow: 1 x 4 mL lavender top EDTA tube
Specimen Handling Send specimens to DSC Molecular Hematology within 4 hours of collection.

DSC Accession: after 16:30, store at 4ºC.
Additional Information Specimens must be accompanied by a completed CLS Molecular Hematology requisition (MH4500).
