A fire at the Shaw Court building has disrupted the computer system at Calgary Laboratory Service (CLS). Work is currently underway to resolve this, however there is no estimation at this time of when services will be available.

As a result, CLS will prioritize service in all community and rural laboratories to patients with:

  • stat testing requests

  • timed drug levels

  • PT/INR

  • time sensitive tests

In addition, if you are feeling unwell please notify a CLS staff member.

If these do not apply to you please consider returning to the laboratory on another day.

Updates will continue to be posted in all Patient Service Centres locations and on our website at calgarylabservices.com.
