SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS AT CALGARY LABORATORY SERVICES
In an ongoing effort to improve service at our Patient Service Centres (PSCs), CLS is offering two major enhancements effective September 1, 2010.
WEB BASED APPOINTMENT BOOKING
In addition to our current patient appointment line service, CLS now offers a web-based option. Using the Click2Book icon, patients are able to schedule, cancel or change their own laboratory appointments.

ENHANCED HOURS OF SERVICE
To fit the needs of patients and improve our capacity to service demand, morning hours have been increased at selected PSCs. In addition, Marlborough PSC is now open Saturdays. For more information on enhanced PSC hours, click here.
