Follow instructions on patient handout CLS form OS7711 Testing Semen for Post-Vasectomy.

Specimen Handling Deliver the specimen to the lab within one hour of collection, before 11:00 Mon-Sat. Specimens will not be accepted on Sunday. Specimens will not be accepted at Airdrie or Cochrane Patient Service Centres, or at acute care sites (hospitals).

DO NOT place specimen in drop off box or on counter; give specimen directly to laboratory staff.
